Recipe: Turkey Mac

This recipe came from the November issue of the Jerky Direct Newsletter. It sounds pretty good and easy. I'm anxious to give it a try. I had never thought about using jerky as a meat in a recipe before!

Turkey Mac
Ingredients:
  •  1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  •  1/2 cup skim milk
  •  1 cup shredded Low-Fat Cheddar cheese
  •  3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  •  2 cups cooked Whole Wheat elbow noodles
  •  1 (4-ounce) bag Jerky Direct Turkey Jerky, cut into bite-size pieces
  •  2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Directions:
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In bowl, stir together soup and milk. Stir in cheese, onion, macaroni and Turkey Jerky.
  3. Fold in eggs.
  4. Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover. Bake 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
