Turkey Mac
Ingredients:- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup shredded Low-Fat Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 cups cooked Whole Wheat elbow noodles
- 1 (4-ounce) bag Jerky Direct Turkey Jerky, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- In bowl, stir together soup and milk. Stir in cheese, onion, macaroni and Turkey Jerky.
- Fold in eggs.
- Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole; cover. Bake 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
